Suit to limit human-smuggling prosecutions revived
PHOENIX (AP) – A federal appeals court has revived a lawsuit aimed at stopping the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office from prosecuting undocumented immigrants as co-conspirators of the smugglers who bring them into Arizona.
